As a lawyer who moved from Brazil to Germany to continue my professional development, I am no stranger to the flexibility and adaptability required to thrive in modern, fast-moving tech environments.

I bring a diverse background and hands-on experience supporting different types of organisations in implementing the requirements of the GDPR in a way that is practical, scalable, and business-oriented.

My experience includes:

• Helping hundreds of Europe-based startups set up their GDPR documentation and processes, as well as drafting as negotiating contracts on their behalf;

• Acting as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Information Security Officer at a large, multinational corporation;

• Acting as an external DPO for companies of all sizes;

• Supporting companies in implementing the ISO 27001 standard.

I hold a Master’s degree in International and European Law, multiple privacy certifications, certification as an Information Security Officer, and I am currently completing my ISO 27001 Lead Auditor qualification.
